"Unfortunately, this is not a rental I can recommend to others. I’m not one to write a negative review but be forewarned. The owner is friendly, communication is good as are entrance & parking instructions. Upon entering the building though, be prepared for filthy floors, walls, elevators and an overwhelming odor of garbage. The unit owners put their garbage in the hall for daily pickup = stench.
