Hello, I would first like to say thanks for the opportunity to allow me to express myself. I love staying at this brand hotel when I travel it’s typically really clean, safe, comfortable and quiet. This time I stayed as soon as I got in my room I noticed there was blood splatter on my bed sheets so I went downstairs and asked to change rooms. The staff was very nice. She didn’t have any complaints. She switched my room right away. As I entered the second room, I did a check again and there was something splattered in the shower and all over the shower curtain some sort of pink substance. I didn’t complain this time because the staff was so nice but it was still unacceptable. The elevators were also dirty, like no one had cleaned or mopped them out in weeks I guess I’m just not used to seeing this brand hotel in such bad shape

The Staff was by far nice. The complimentary breakfast was great. The only reason why i gave it four stars is only one elevator was working, due to maintenance. but by far i would come back to this place again.
