"We had a fantastic time at this property and the staff made all the difference, especially Norton. He always greeted us when we were in the lobby and made us feel like home away from home. There are walkable restaurants near by and a great area by the bar to play pool! We will be back! "

"I didnt like how staff assumed i was familiar with the area and with how things work. Another guest at the hotel had to show me how to use the elevator using a room key card. He also explained how i would need it to get back into the hotel. No one gave us a map/diagram of the area or of the hotel. It wasnt until we were leaving that we found out it had an indoor pool on a different floor. I had to ask the Concierge for an area map and ask questions about the area. The room was very clean amd the view was beautiful. Parking was not easy either. Where im from we dont have parking garages like this one. Luckily an attendant rushed over to assist me. It took me several minutes to find where to scan the room key ss we left. "
