    "Everything worked well for us"
The facility is dated, you can hear guests in their rooms, but the rooms are clean and well thought out and safe, beds comfortable, excellent swimming pool. Excellent location. I am gluten intolerant; so, breakfast was limited to a boiled egg and yogurt. I found the facility to be an excellent value -- especially in Santa Fe.

    "Wonderful location and amenities!"
We loved our four night stay at the Inn & Spa at Loretto. We experienced many of the amenities and received great service at every juncture. Only disappointment was the room decor. We were expecting more of a SW experience, but instead our room was just painted in typical SW colors. We did have a balcony, though, which was a fantastic and much enjoyed feature.

"Not bad if looking for inexpensive"
The rooms are dated, but the TV was new. My biggest complaint was that housekeeping had forgotten to put a single towel in the bathroom. But that was very quickly remedied when I called the front desk. She immediately arrived with three sets & a huge apology. She informed that a message had been left for the manager & offered to let me speak with housekeeping in the morning (since I had the towels, I didn't feel the need). The hotel is easy to find and reasonably priced. We had decided at the last minute to go rafting, and only needed a hotel to avoid waking up at 4:30 in the morning in order to arrive on time. So a fancy spa with fancy rooms was not desired. This was perfect for that need. We slept well & the room was clean.

    "Vert friendly with good facilities"
Hotels are very overpriced in Taos, but by local standards, this was a good deal, even though it seemed very high. The hotel is not modern, but everything about it felt good. We loved the extremely friendly staff, complimentary drink service and warm cookies at the reception, and the lovely breakfast. We also liked the delightful garden where we had breakfast, the basic but clean pool area, and included wifi access. It was also nice that there was a grilling area if you wanted to cook your own food.
