"Our stay at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel was excellent!!! It is centrally located so very easy to get to the subway system and Shabuya scramble. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The workout facility and sauna area were very clean and they had good equipment. There is also a nice swimming pool that is long enough to swim laps in. The rooms themselves were really nice and the beds were SO comfortable, we had the best sleep. "The hotel is in the busy Shinjuku area of Tokyo but off the beaten path so the area was quiet and felt very safe. The hotel is huge with a lot of restaurants and amenities. The walk to the Shinjuku Train Station is very nice since the tunnel opens up right at the hotel. The concierge staff were very helpful as well. "

"Great sized room and great facilities (free laundry, free massage chairs, free welcome drinks, tea coffee station and water station. The room however, is a little noisy due to the "openness" of the space. The balcony street outside can be quite noisy. Live music goes til 10 ish so that can also be noisy if your room is on the lower floor. "
