"Online showed what I would call an old photo Lounge chairs and chairs and umbrellas not set up for you. Sign them out and then walk 200 yards to beach carrying all your belongings. They are not like the picture. Room and hotel very clean. Great workers. The pool and bar both underwhelming. Bartender was great."

"My chief complaint about this property is they charged me a very large security deposit in January for our stay in May. We only got the money back over 2 weeks after we checked out. They had my money for 5+ months. Place was in a great location with a nice pool and walking distance to beach and bars . One bedroom was only accessible through the bathroom or other bedroom. All in all it was a really nice place. Parking was great and it was nicely furnished. Communication with management was great"

"This place is wonderful! The host, Sandra, is very helpful & kind. The unit is as described or better. Our final night we were already booking another stay. Best part is the view. Even while inside. The balcony is tremendous. You don't have to be out & about to feel like you're on vacation because where you are is already pleasant. We appreciated the sun umbrella. It helped us spend more time on the sand. Also includes many towels, bath & beach. Living area is very roomy. Tips: The rules sheet...

"This was the third time for me staying at this Cono in Indian Shores. We absolutely love it. I was there two years ago with my daughter and two Grandchildren and they loved it. My spouse and I were there 5 years ago and last week. The view is amazing, the manatees and dolphins are just outside around the pier, the beach is across the street. "We’ve stayed here a number of times now on weekend getaways, affordable full-kitchen option in the Tampa area, easy drive to activities in either Tampa or the beaches. WiFi in the rooms is sometimes spotty, otherwise rooms are fine. We enjoy the walk next door to a Bahama Breeze for dinner and hanging out, then easily back to the room for an early start next day. "
