According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. 4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included! Indian Rocks Beach is a 3/5 minute walk from the CONDO! Sleeps up to 8\. Living room has a sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress for the 7th and 8th guests! This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. This 7th floor unit has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal a fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1110sf unit is located on the 7th floor of Harbourside at Marker 33\. Beautiful views of the Intracoatal from the unit's private balcony. 4 daily water park passes come with every reservation and one parking pass. Enjoy hanging out at the pool and water park or take the 3/5 minute walk to the beach. There are tons of restaurants in walking distance along with bike and boat rentals. The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside. Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. So many restaurants, live entertainment and places to get adult beverages with in walking distance. The beach is a 3 minute walk. Boat and bike rentals are with in walking distance too. There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast line for a minimal daily fee. IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. The condo was perfect for my husband and two kids ages 9 and 6\. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and we were given a start of enough laundry and dishwasher pods for 3 loads which was enough for us on our week stay. We all had a blast at the pool and waterpark! Must be 48 inches to ride the big water slides. The floor sun roof deck was beautiful to watch the sunset. The located was great to walk to a few different restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and beach. Overall great stay! Great place and location for a quick weekend getaway. The beach was an easy walk and there were plenty of restaurant options close by, many still cleaning up from the hurricane. The included water park passes were a nice option to kill a few hours, while not large and suited for smaller children, it was still a nice retreat. Dropped an overall star because the beds need replaced ASAP, the master bedroom was soft and you could feel the springs. Property management was fine, but I wasn't comfortable uploading my drivers license to a random website, or having to submit a "selfie". ##### Nick S. We sat on the porch in the mornings with our coffees watching boats, manatees, dolphins and even a school of stingrays. The kids had a blast at the water park, they were in and out all day. We went with many families so we were able to see many of the condo's. This was by far the best one! Access to the rooftop to continue to hang out with other families. The property was very clean and well stocked. There was a nice amount of space for us to relax together or go to our own bedrooms when needed. The proximity to the water park and included passes was a major perk and kept the children happily entertained before and after the beach. Another nice surprise was the beach cart and supplies included with the rental. Having chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys for our beach time was a game changer. It was spotless upon arrival and we were off and running to the beach immediately upon arrival. It’s the little touches that make a good place great and this place had amazing pillows, all needed kitchen utensils, great outdoor furniture and a wagon to take all your beach crap the block to the beach ! The ONLY thing I can say negative is the elevator is super slow and there is only one that goes to the top floors. The property was just as it was listed. It was clean, had all the supplies you needed, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, a pack n play for our little (that was super easy to set up! Other parents can appreciate this lol), and any possible item you may want for a short walk to the beach (wagon, toys, umbrella, chairs, small cooler, etc.). The check-in process was extremely easy and all the passes you needed for the week (parking and waterpark) were ready for you right away. The view from the patio was perfect with a view of the inter-coastal and the gulf. The location of the condo is ideal for walking to many bars/restaurants, CVS, little shops, and of course the beach! This apartment is amazing! It was a great value for money, and honestly, I think it is one of the best options at this building with the balcony and amazing views, and the master bedroom is very quiet, we did not hear the waterpark at all. Less than 5 minutes walking to the beach and we loved the killer sunsets! We had an amazing time! As mentioned by other people, the elevator is veeeery slow, but we got used to it. The check-in and other instructions that we received are too long and repetitive, but they cover everything and the communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. Convenient to Restaurants within walking distance at least 6 to pick from and a great ice cream shop 2 blocks from Condo🌴 ( could be dangerous with 100 different flavors to pick from! A 2 scoop cone seemed like a half gallon, very large servings) Condo beds are very comfortable, kitchen well stocked but could use a potato peeler & spaghetti scoop. Plenty of towels including beach towels which is a really nice extra. Many places we have stayed they don't provide the beach items! They also have a closet with beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys for kids, boogie boards, cooler, & a wagon to haul it all to the beach🏝️My husband did organize the closet while we were there, it appears the last renters just threw everything in what ever way they could fit it!! They request that you return the items with as little sand as possible! We did find that the gentleman working the grounds is very helpful. Halfway into the long garage you can find his white work van and he has a hose right there that you can use to rinse off all the beach items. So returning the item to the closet clean is very easy. The water park is small but pretty sure if we had children with us they would have been out there everyday! Our over all stay was fantastic and we would definitely rent this unit again ##### Kathy L.
