Condo in exclusive Avalon Club This 3-bedroom, 2-1/2-bathroom condo hotel suite offers stunning views of the Bay, Honeymoon Island, and Dunedin. It has room for 8 with one King bed, two Queen beds, plus a full-sized sofa bed. The suite is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and supplies for cooking and includes an in-room safe and full-sized washer and dryer. The private balcony provides the perfect place for people watching in the street below and south, down Mandalay Ave. Please note that one of the queen bedrooms does not have a window. To enjoy the most stunning sunsets in Clearwater, head to the 5th-floor bar or all-season pool. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply. If have 2 suggestion to make this place excellent. Kitchen needs storage containers for leftovers. New knives. The ones there are so dull, they are dangerous. Need an additional large bowl. We love to cook and the kitchen lacks what is needed for that Second suggestion is to have someone help bring chairs and umbrella to the beach. Otherwise a great place.
