"The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. "Great location with a very nice remodel of an old home. Kitchen and bedrooms are very nice. Back yard is a great outdoor gathering place, even though it was too cold for that during our stay. People with mobility issues should be aware there are some step downs, as this is one of the older original houses (I used to walk by this house in the early '60's, and it wasn't a new house then.). The host was quick to respond to my questions. We had a great stay and I would stay here again!"

The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. "We loved feeling part of the outdoors when inside of this fun yurt. A true relaxing getaway among gorgeous tree-covered hills. Lots of options for sleeping arrangements as our group came and went. I had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Skya from Nevada City who came out to the house. The home was located about halfway between Auburn and Grass Valley which was nice. Hosts were very helpful."
