"This hotel was good to stay at during our one night stay over while traveling through to Florida. We wanted to visit Savannah, Georgia but not stay in the historic district, this hotel was close enough to drive to Savannah and spend the day. We only stayed the night, arriving very late and left in the a.m. our experience at the hotel was good."

"Historic hotel with plenty to see and do on the island. Dining options were good but expensive. Room was nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We took the history tour and sea turtle center tour and kayaked the marsh area. Driftwood beach was a fun exploration area. "
