"We took a short trip to SSI to enjoy the weather and less crowds this time of year. This condo fit our needs perfectly. Squeaky clean and beautiful view of lake. It's decorated nicely. If you happen to forget something, Dave more than likely has it covered! The owner was very prompt in responding if we had a question. Quick drive to beach, pier, restaurants and shops. I wouldn't hesitate at all to book this gem in the future!!"

It may have been my mistake, but i didnt realize it wasnt actually on the ocean. It was close enough and we walked to the marine center and lighthouse."

"We enjoyed the apartment and location. Easy walking to lots of Savannah attractions. The place was quiet. We could have used regular hangers in the closet. Three wire hangers, and one cast off from a clothing store was a bit cheap. We had brought coffee from the NW with us, but had no regular coffee pot. (Keurig in unit). Parking was easy to find street side, and with our holiday/weekend stay, mostly free."

"Me and my son (4) went for just a mommy and baby weekend and it was perfect! Great stay beautiful condo and very private beach. Hardly any ppl. Calm waters perfect for my son. Overall a great stay. Had great responses when needed help checking in. Was treated amazing and i would definitely recommend!"

"The property was in the best location! Loved the views of the ocean and the parking lot shenanigans! Truly! Such entertainment on the patio after a great day at the beach! Loved being in walking distance to restaurants and bars and a quick grocery stop. The IGA not far at all! Parking under the property was perfect! We would love to come to back as I know we didn’t do it all!"

"Unit was clean and true to description/pics. Great location on wide clean beach. Check in was easy by using code on digital lock. Big pool adjacent to beach. Kitchen has all the basics we needed. Beds were comfortable and nice bathrooms. Just be aware only bar soap provided, remember to bring shampoo etc."

"Outside door frame and trim were painted just before we got there. Got paint on my jacket that didn’t come out so it was ruined. A warning of wet paint would have been appropriate and appreciated."

"We had a great time staying here! We could see the beach/sunset from our balcony and were very close to the pool. Noise from the pool was never an issue! Lots of dolphins to watch from the beach, which was only steps away. Amazing communication and check in! We would definitely stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Don’t expect fancy, expect a clean little bungalow (this is actually a quadplex), which is clearly shown in the picture. This lovely older beach town is a great respite from the development going on in so many beach areas on the coasts now. Lovely wide beaches, not crowded at all when we were there. I think Tybee strives to keep their island on the quieter side. We felt comfortable here, had everything we needed (not a problem for us, but needed a silverware, plate etc....
