"We’ve stayed a few places at this property and around the island as we come almost every year. Have to say this was our favorite so far. Love how they opened it up compared to others. It’s obviously clean and well cared for. And seeing the dolphins all day from the balcony never gets old. Definitely would book this one again!"

We did have a little incident with a past guest disgusting our bathroom which was overlooked by the housekeeping but I don't think they saw it. "We came to Tybee Island for a short getaway with some friends. The condo had everything we needed (plus more). The beach was right down the road and we were able to use a provided wagon which was extremely helpful! There were plenty of restaurants (including an ice cream shop!!) within walking distance. "Great location!! Loved that it was within walking distance of River Walk and City Market. We stayed in a river view balcony room and I would have preferred it had a better cleaning. Floors were sticky and with the dark color wood you can see all the dust. Also thought it was strange there was no trash bin in the bathroom. Wish there would have been a refrigerator in the room as well. The bed was comfy but could tell it was an older mattress (lumpy and low spots). Was disappointed about the size...
