"I booked this because it had such a high review (exceptional). I mean it was nice but I didn’t feel that this hotel was in the category of exceptional. It was clean and had a nice breakfast but I guess I was expecting more. We were disappointed in the pool for sure. It didn’t look very clean or clear. Pretty small. We stayed in another hotel a couple of days earlier with not as high of rating and we felt it was nicer. A free breakfast is always nice though. "

"It wasn't ideal that we got a room that was sized to be ready but had the prior guests food/beverage at the front of the door in the floor. Might consider being sure that the room is truly ready to check in. Otherwise the staff was great along with the pools and the room was comfortable and clean. "

"This is a beautiful, clean, newer property near the freeway and Chandler Fashion Center mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This property has many food and entertainment options nearby. If you have kids, there is a Chuck E Cheese and a move theater nearby. The mall is very close and there is a Crsyola and an escape room for fun. If you are traveling with dogs, there is a huge open field at the rear of the property to walk them. This is a very safe business park area. "

"This room had 2 queen beds, with a pool view. Checked in late due to a blown out tire and the front desk was excellent and helped us in a stressful situation. Room was super clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. The area is lovely, great scenery and plenty of places to eat around, including a restaurant across the parking lot. "
