“Like home away from home”

Very pleasant experience. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed - extra towels, fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV's, DVD player. We were traveling with 2 grandchildren (aged 12 and 4) and the separate bedroom came in very handy! The hotel was conveniently located right off the freeway with lots of eating places nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return if and when I'm in the area again.

“Okay but not fabulous”

I stayed overnight in this hotel - cut short my stay by a day to move elsewhere. The check-in was prompt and courteous, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The decor was a bit dated and the hotel itself seemed cramped to me. The courtyard style works if there's enough space to give a feeling of airiness- this felt like I was at the bottom of a concrete well. The pool was dirty on the bottom, however the smaller hot pool was fine. The breakfast was included and was really GOOD - fresh hot tea biscuits and plenty of other options. I think the decor really takes away from the experience of the hotel - it looks old and dirty. I think this is a good hotel for a basic traveller who doesn't care too much about such things
