“If I am ever back in Phoenix, the Hilton is where you will find me.”
Allowed to check in @ 10am. Close to major highways. The staff @ this Hilton was as good as it gets. Next time, I want to try the Sunday brunch...
“Balcony nice but north side view is not worth it.”
North side view you are looking at a refinery plant of some sort so the balcony on that side is really not worth the extra money you pay for it. Everything else was wonderful.
“NEW-FRIENDLY-CLEAN-BEDS ARE AWESOME-CLOSE TO SHOPPING”
This hotel is new, staff very friendly is across the street from some kind of gas tanks? If you don't mind the view portion everything else was great. It is within walking distance of a huge Chandler Mall. I had a crying baby next door the first night and I told front desk staff and they had me a new room by the time I came back from shopping...which I was very pleased with. The Beds are heaven so comfortable...had room service the Ceasar Salad was very good and I thought the prices were reasonable for room service. All in all I would recommend this hotel and I do plan to stay again as it is easy access on and off the 101, plus great service and comfortable beds which mean a lot to us.

The hotel was wonderful. Great attentive staff and excellent service. Shopping was our goal and the staff made us very HAPPY - they shuttled us to the mall.

Everyone at the Hilton Phoenix could not have been nicer or more helpful. We were in Chandler for a very sad occasion.... the staff was extremely compassionate during our stay. Will will always be grateful for their kindness.

Very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Great free breakfast--you could pick the buffet or order off the menu. Had a nightcap at the bar each night.

what a wonderful hotel. Brand new! The staff was so accomodating to an entire youth hockey team and dogs! Great stay.
