"I took my little family on vacation and we recently stayed at the HAMCOVE villa on Catalina Island and had an exceptional experience. Richard, the host, was amazing, accommodating us with an early check-in and providing detailed instructions and helpful tips to enhance our stay. The villa, located in Hamilton Cove, was beautiful with stunning views. The convenience of having a golf cart made exploring the island easy and fun. "The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Very clean and cute. Excellent customer service. "

"We came for a long weekend of relaxation. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Dining table. Grill. Shared balcony. Ocean views from bedroom and den. The sunrises were spectacular! There are steps down from the street to get to the unit. Carrying heavy luggage could be problematic. The golf cart was a plus for getting down the hill into town, though we did walk it a few times. Lots to do on the island. My favorite was the falconry!"

"Hotel was very charming, far enough from downtown to be extremely quiet, but close enough to be convenient. Staff and owner were very pleasant and helpful. If we come back one day to Catalina , it would be our choice."

"This is far my favorite hotel in Catalina other than boat. There was a spa on the roof with a great view, great spa, very comfortable room and bed. "

"The hotel was great. Fairly clean and located away from the busy street. Don’t expect it to be any five star resort. It simple and dated with the needed essentials. The bathroom is super small so be warned. The hotel is on an upward street so walking and getting your luggage up there can be challenging."

"Great location, clean room, decent size, safe, quiet, private. Service was good but the storage hold had limited hours and when I came back for my bag at 1:20pm, no one was around to retrieve it. Called the number on the door, no answer. Sign said someone would return at 1:30 but it wasn’t until almost 1:45. A little tight for my 2:15pm ferry but I ended up boarding as one of the last passengers, couldn’t sit with my group though. "
