"They provide exceptional customer service. Their staff was great at all times. They have a restaurant that serves good food for a good prices. The pool was good too. The room had a keurig machine, mini fridge and microwave. The beds were very comfy and the ac unit was in good condition too."

"This is far my favorite hotel in Catalina other than boat. There was a spa on the roof with a great view, great spa, very comfortable room and bed. "

"Great location and I loved the historic nature of the hotel, but the lobby could use updating. It's very tired compared to the comparable hotels around it. The guest room was spacious, bright and clean though. We did notice a freezer in the lobby that presumably holds ice, but it was empty the entire time we were there. We were told it's "coming tomorrow". It's one of those small but essential details that can be important for a comfortable stay. The staff was super nice and apparently working very long hours! "
