It was a short walk to the beach which was a big deal for me being in my third trimester. The beach was fantastic! PBC will set up chairs for you and you can rent an umbrella a day in advance or early in the morning. It’s private so less crowded. Two pools were a great option. Short trolly ride downtown to restaurants and shops. Condo was very clean and well maintained....

"We had a great time at Chris's place. The home was neat as a pin and the beds were very comfortable. There were tons of nice towels. ( but no beach towels... so bring those) There was a very slight musty odor that dissipated after a bit. Pool was warm (heated nicely) and there were plenty of lounge chairs to be used. There was a guy to drag your chair down to a place you desired on the beach (complementary) and would set up an umbrella for 20 bucks... Good deal. Furniture was all in great shape...
