Very clean!

We enjoyed our stay with our 4 kids (ages 13-19.) Very clean unit, easy check in, and friendly staff at front desk. The pool is ANAZING! Pickle ball and tennis ball courts were great! You can check out rackets and paddles at the front desk and keep them for your stay - this was perfect! Two beach chairs and an umbrella were used by us everyday! We purchased another chair and left it for the next guests. Some floaties (that didn’t really hold air) and sand toys were included as well. We loved having beach towels provided and a place to hang them to dry. Saw a beautiful sunrise each morning from the patio. A few minor issues that were handled in a timely manner by the host. Beds weren’t super comfy, but we survived.

Summer Getaway in Siesta Key

We are a family of four, 2 adults and two children under seventeen. The condo was spacious with great outdoor space. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying our morning coffee taking in all of the beautiful views. Incredible proximity to the beach.

Highly reco staying at the Anchorage Property

Stayed on the 5th floor on the side of the canal. We could people watch from our balcony the tourist going to n from beach. A simple / easy walk to the private gate entry to the beach. Condo had a big wheeled buggy making it very easy to carry beach towels, chairs, snacks n drinks.

Amazing Condo Across the Street from the Beach!!!

The unit was obviously remodeled very recently. Everything was very new and very clean. We loved the condo wide balcony. They had WiFi and cable tv to keep everyone happy during down time. The daiquiri deck is literally across the street. We frequented it almost daily. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to stay on Siesta Key.

Great stay in wonderful location

We loved our stay at The Anchorage. It’s a perfect location on the south end of the island, right near restaurants, a market and the private beach access was great. Kevin was prompt in answering any questions we had. The Anchorage property itself was quiet, clean and well kept. Staff in the office were friendly. Loved the tennis and pickleball courts, pool areas was fantastic. Highly recommend!

The location of this unit is hands down my favorite!

Great place to stay if you want to fish a little and shell on the beach. The weather could have been better (coldest week so far this year) but that’s out of everyone’s control. I was mortified by the evidence remaining of the hurricanes this past Fall. Siesta Key has done a great job of rebounding but the debris is still everywhere. The condo was perfectly fine for myself and my adult daughter but the noise from Stickney Point Rd is pretty bad, maybe this has to do with quality of glass on the street facing side of the condo, not sure. I know the note on the door said those were being replaced so hopefully the owner takes that into consideration when purchasing new glass doors. One little note about the bedding, I’m not sure who taught the person in charge how to make a bed but I could not even get the flat sheet out from under the mattress so I slept between that and the comforter and the bedding outside of the sheets needs laundered as it smells terrible.

Really enjoyed our stay at Anchorage

We had 4 adults and 2 small children. The first thing I'll say is that there were so many supplies and amenities in this unit. There were things that I don't think were even listed such as 2 pack and plays and a high chair which made it so much easier with the little one and a roll away bed which was perfect for the 4 y/o. There was a cold spell during our trip so we didn't get our much, but the beach walk was pretty easy and the pool is very nice. And there are plenty of beach toys. The back of the property has a nice path around the water with grills and seating. I think our favorite part of the unit is the huge balcony that runs the length of the condo. Both bedrooms and the living room have access and we were out there so much. We felt pretty safe with the kids out there too as long as they were supervised. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated all of the conveniences that the owners have thought of!

Great Stay!

Really enjoyed the stay at Anchorage. Private beach access was nice. Property workers were nice. Especially the tall gentleman that always seemed to be available at just the right time to answer questions. My only suggestion would be to have a folding chair in the laundry room. It also would have been nice if the sauna was working. Otherwise, it was nice. I would stay there again.

Overall very nice

It is a very nice condo in a nicely taking care of property. The pool is great, too. The walk to the beach is a bit too long, and the road crossing unpleasant. Shopping area is close by, yes, it's a marine village little shopping area, not a market places, like I had an impression it was. The big road, which is running right by apartment didn't bother us, but it is loud for those, who is sensitive. Apartment itself is very nicely done, comfy, with all needed home style things one might need. My only complain would be living room balcony doors, they are old, and we struggled to close and open then every single use, they are not locking either, you could barely get them to stay together. They are old and shaky. And another thing is just matter of preference, I do not like soft mattresses, and master bedroom mattress is incredibly soft, you literally sink in it. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Oh, and yes, your have a private walk to the beach, but that's doesn't give you any rights on actual beach. And beach is covered with resorts private chairs and umbrellas, which you cannot use unless you buy it. Other wise you have just little line by the sea, between ocean and line of property chairs. And you have to bring your own chairs, which this apartment do have available for tenants.

Our stay was great! The property is very clean and the pool is well-maintained. You can't beat the beaches! The bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It's nice that there are chairs and a beach wagon. There are also pool towels provided. You can walk to restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend it!

Beach Access

The space was so inviting and comfortable! My only critic is that after we used the private beach access we were met with flagged off areas that “belonged” to other condos. We were shooed away to avoid being in the “private beach areas.” I asked the condominium staff and other residents, and I feel that there were mixed reviews on whether we should’ve moved or not. Just know that although you have the access to the beach you’ll have to walk a few yards to get past the snobs. ;)

The condo is bigger than expected! Clean and nice. Wish I would have noticed the sound machines before the last few days. They perfectly drown out the road noise from the bridge traffic.

Wonderful Stay!

Spent a great 12 night stay in this unit. This unit is fantastic and offers every possible household item you would need. It offers comfortable beds and great entertainment options on the 3 Tvs. Most especially, the unit was spotlessly clean. The location is ok. Very open and large pool area. The pool itself is great! Beach access wasn't so clear, and the traffic noise from the road outside can be bothersome, but isn't a spolier from choosing this unit again!

Great stay!

Very nice condo and the perfect setup for two couples. We had every thing we needed, as it’s related to the beach. Would have been nice to have some complimentary coffee and other every day condiments but there was a great grocery store right across the street. Access to the beach was perfect too! I rated everything five stars except for location simply because the major road coming in to this part of Siesta Key was right outside our window so there was a lot of traffic noise. Still, I recommend this place and would return.

Great property just across the street from the beach with private and very easy beach access. We enjoyed our stay very much, stayed with 2 kids. Property also has a nice big pool. The apartment itself is very comfortable with beach umbrella, chairs and a beach wagon for easy transport to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Nice condo & wonderful host!

I just returned from a week vacation with my husband and two grown children and one friend. Condo was very well stocked (kitchen/bathrooms). Wagon, beach chairs, and outdoor items were a wonderful touch. Pool/Beach towels are provided. Having two queen beds in the second bedroom was wonderful and allows 6 adults to comfortably stay in the condo. We had a snafu with the refrigerator on the first day, but the management company and host quickly rectified this - super service! The only con is that this condo is on a very busy intersection of Siesta Key. There is traffic noise in the condo (nothing unbearable) and you do have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach. However, there is a stop light/cross walk and we never felt unsafe crossing the road. Pros are it is away from the crowds at Siesta Beach and just across the street from the shops/restaurants/rental companies at Crescent Beach. If you prefer to rent chairs/umbrellas, there is a rental company right where you enter the beach from the private beach access of the condo. All in all, wonderful stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great location. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the beach, etc.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was a bit dirty inside. Under the beds and couches, and the couches had stains. Sliding glass doors don’t lock, but not really an issue. The wagon, chairs and beach accessories were a huge plus!
