Centrally located and on the beach, Unit G-54 is situated on the fifth floor of the Grand Tower with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Siesta Key Beach. The immaculate grounds of Palm Bay Club provide a variety of amenities that will tailor to everyone’s needs. Palm Bay Club has two heated pools within the community – one located on the Gulf side and the other located on the Bay side which also boasts a hot tub with unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway. If fishing is one of your favorite activities, then head to the fishing pier and drop your line! The large, walk in closet provides generous storage beyond the credenza and dresser in the room. The well equipped kitchen provides you with all of the amenities that you’d expect at your home away from home. Conveniently perched along the granite counter tops, you’ll find a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, knife set and other cooking utensils. Inside the cabinets, you’ll find pots & pans, plates, glassware and silverware. The combined living and dining area includes a 65” Smart TV and provides ample seating whether you’re lounging on the couch, gazing into the ocean or sitting at the circular dining table reminiscing about the day’s activities. The leather sofa also coverts to a full size pull-out bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Steps away from the beautiful beach and The Palm Bay property was very clean, private and secure. Both pools on the property were clean, however, they could have been a little cooler so you could get refreshed. It was hot and humid so we understand it is hard to regulate pool temperatures. The condo was perfect for the two of us to enjoy and Joe the host, was easily accessable when we had questions. It was clean and had all of comforts of home!
