"An outdated facility, room was not very clean and the decor was dated. The beds were comfortable. The location to the University, Ulster Museum, and Botanical Gardens were exceptional. A healthy walk to city centre. The staff was kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day after we checked out. "
