“Very happy customer”
Perfect on all fronts. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room lovely and clean. Ideal location for everthing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visting Belfast

Centrally placed quality hotel in a very convenient location. I thought it on the expensive side for a single person. The staff were helpful.
“Will stay in this hotel my next visit”
The reception staff were very helpful and polite. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to get into our room, which was a bonus and also the hotel kept our bags in a secure room on our departure as we had a few hours to spare before we had to go the airport, allowing us to do more sightseeing. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. and the bed was comfortable. The 24 hour reception staff were very willing to accomodate any guest wishes. The only complaint was the food in the bar was expensive and not very good.

We loved this hotel before we even got there. The staff we were dealing with before we got there were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location!!! Seemed to be the hub of activity. The room was clean. The food in the bar and restaurant was very tasty and very good value. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Fairly new, clean hotel. Staff helpful. Location great. Only downside is street noise, if you happen to have a room on the front side of the hotel.
“Close to Bus depot”
This was a great place to stay when you aaare taking the bus from Europa Bus station. It was also close to other attractions such as Crown Bar, etc The food in the bar/restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Enjoyed the stay.
“Close to everything”
Very happy we chose this hotel. Only two blocks from City Hall and shops, 2 blocks from the bus station, 2 doors down from the Opera House and right down the street is the Crown Liquor Bar...great place to eat. Service was nice, breakfast was very good, sausage, ham,eggs both fried and scrambled, toast, croissants, juice, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt. The Paddywagon tour we were on picked us up in front of the Europa Hotel which is 4 doors down. The hotel was nicely furnished, clean, beds great, pillows good, not noisy even though our room faced the street, nice clean bathroom. Americans be aware that coffeemaker means hot water + instant coffee at all 4 hotels we stayed at while in Ireland and Scotland. There was NO cigarette smell which is the main reason we passed up a couple of other less priced hotels.

good hotel, right on the hop-on-hop-off...excellent breakfast centrally located. the hotel staff really tries to make you feel welcome.
