"Great hotel! We booked the hotel Hoping to get a view of Mount Fuji, but unfortunately we didn’t get to see it since it was cloudy and rainy. However, the onsen on the rooftop made it worth it. It was beautiful and clean. The room was small, but typical for Japan. There were also many walkable restaurants outside of the hotel and the subway was a 1 min walk away. Would stay here again! "

"This is super clean and convenient business hotel. This hotel has everything you need. High tech coin laundry which you can monitor the progress from your room. Free breakfast. Super safe. Even they didn’t take the tip I left for housekeepers. It’s right next to main station but super quiet in and out. All kinds of shops are right there. "

"This is a beautiful resort and the onsens were amazing, quiet, relaxing, rooms were lovely. The kasieki meal was superb, breakfast had 100 choices. Only complaint os coffee at night had coffee grounds in it. i recommend a two night stay so you may visit both baths. The pajama wear and takata wear were so awesome to wear all over the resort and to dinner! What fun. No racial prejudice felt at this resort. Also a great location to catch the cable car to the ropeway which is a must do! Take the romance car back to tokyo very easy! Try to see Mt Fuji at the lake ferry just breath taking!,"

"A beautiful properly. We had a room with an onsen on our deck, it was supposed to have a lakeview but trees are all grown in and blocking. This place feels remote but there is a bus stop station close and the pirate ship/ cable cars. No stores or restaurants close by but we really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets."

"Property is very spacious…. Very impressive. It was a good stay for us as well. Despite the many positive reviews that was 10/10 few mentioned about the street noise that’s unfortunately very disturbing at night or when using the onsen. The 10th floor onsen is much better and めちゃ広いい。。。。 skip the indoor onsen and use the 10th floor and one will feel relax. "

"We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles. Would definitely recommend as they went above and beyond. "
