Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling.
