"Great experience in terms of the stay! The sofa bed could use an update! Also the front desk gave us incorrect information that the first hour of self parking at the Aria was free when it isn’t and so we ended up having to pay $23 for parking. It looks like they changed that for a while now. Thankfully the valet was free and included in the booking but that wasn’t clearly written. So for anyone else booking for this hotel the valet parking is free but not the self parking! Otherwise the hotel...

"It’s says on hotel.com that my room will be facing the strip and Eiffel tower but when I arrive there it’s on the back and facing an old building and a roof.and I was told at the lobby that it was their new remodeled room.the AC is not good.we don’t get enough bath towel either."

"Spacious room, nice daily maid service. Location is great and easy walking to several venues. Uber and cab service was easy in and out. Not far from airport so quick travel."

"The good: Sofa bad was super-comfy for kids (which is generally rare). Easy inside walk to Bellagio, Cosmo, and Aria. Now the bad: We ordered wine at a table in the bar on the lobby floor during non-busy time around 11pm, but we were NOT served for 20 minutes or so, so we had to leave and find another place. My advice is to go to a barman directly, and do not order anything from waiters there."

"The location was older and not well-kept (stains on sheets, dust bunnies in the corners and old/stained furniture). Contact stated that they are/were in the process of remodeling and had new cleaners. We checked out before contact could remediate."
