"The NH is a nice hotel at two corners of the Paseo Montejo. We did not try the breakfast/restaurant because there are plenty upscale restaurants available just down the elevator. The staff was very friendly and watching the sunset from the pool on the rooftop is an amazing experience. Highly recommendable!"

"The hotel is really amazing. In particular, the people who work at the hotel are simply awesome people. From Oscar and Alexandra at the front desk, Louis the Manager, Rudy at the Bar and Moses and Adrian at the restaurant--all lovely human beings who made my stay special. The only issues that I had were that my room was exactly beside the bar--so the noise level was not great and also there are no rails or clear lighting on the multiple stairs--an issue for those with some mobility issues."

"The hotel is fairly nice, but expensive for what you get. Staff is attentive and friendly but the rooftop pool has no service so you’re on your own if you want food or drink. They try to follow you around but you can be waiting for service some times. It’s a bit out of the way but 15 minute drive to town. They keep it very clean! A nice quiet hotel. They need to setup a WhatsApp service for concierge and service. "
