"After initially getting a call from the front desk informing me that they were not going to honor my Expedia reservation because the overbooked the hotel and me expressing my discontent with their decision, management made it all good. I was upgraded to a really nice suite with Disneyland view. I really appreciate their change of mind and the willingness to make things right "

"The hotel was nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms felt clean but if you are looking for a quiet property this isn’t it. You can hear the people above you and the ones walking through the hallways. Our room was facing the street and you could hear all the traffic passing by as well. "
