"We loved our stay in Arya Niwas The hotel reminded me of old British colony movies which made it even more interesting. The green lawn at the front with a very pleasant female singer (with such beautiful voice) starting the morning was a plus to the whole memory of our stay. Generally very happy of our stay at this resort "

"Very friendly staff"

"Comfortable spacious room serviced daily and plenty of hot water. The only downside was on a number of occasions there was a strong smell of smoke coming through the air con system which was very unpleasant. The drinks in the bar were very expensive. Staff were generally very helpful especially reception and security staff. The rooftop swimming pool was enjoyable but the surrounding decking needs some maintenance."

"This hotel is not safe & I was about to call the police!! there were dust everywhere in the room and it looked like it didn’t get cleaned for several days. We complained & they said they will send someone to clean but they never did.There was a desk in the room which had a broken glass on the top. I complained about it because it wasn’t safe when small pieces of glasses were everywhere. They accused us by breaking the glass and they aimed to charge us for the glass that we didn’t break. "Nice hotel but due to right in the middle of the residential area it was very conjusted and lots dark. Not much sun light and that becomes a major issue for mosquitoes and flies. Room #204 is not great at all, 3 steps up to the room and 3 steps down in the washroom…. Absolutely not safe…. Once you are wet after shower it is too scary to 3 step up to the room. "
