"The actual room was large and clean. The A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice. However, there were several issues: 1) the lock on the main gate to the hotel wasn't functioning, only one of the locks on the room door worked, and the lock that worked required a key to get out of the room; 2) the office reception closed early and opened late; 3) there was no water pressure in the shower, and the drain didn't work, so the water (eventually) backed up. "I just want to say Giovanni the person that was in charge of the property was above and beyond on our needs, very accommodating. This was a very fantastic basic plain place to stay for relaxing. Everything was within walking distance, the beach one block away, very safe to walk on the streets. Definitely I will recommend it. "

"Nice hosts, they waited for me to arrive lata at night and were very friendly. The rooms are cean and in good general condition. There are many charming details all over the place. The whole place is very authentic. It is perfect for relaxing and feel the Mayan vibe. Just for reference, I love treehouses."

"“Tu casa” is a lovely and affordable place located in a quiet area in Puerto Morelos. The owners are kind, helpful and on top of things. We went on Spring brake 2018 it was perfect for a quiet family trip.
