Most of the staff were on their phone and barely acknowledging us. They were mostly trying to sell things that weren’t inclusive. The room, wasn’t ready by 3pm. The dining is very limited. They couldn’t really help with transportation, some of them didn’t know much of the transportation company that they suggested. I personally wouldn’t come back or recommend this resort.

This resort is beautiful and so clean! The staff were all friendly and fun. They had many food options including steak house and italian. I always felt safe on the resort and with transport they set up. I can’t wait to go back.

It was a beautiful and very clean vacation spot. The service was outstanding. There was a group of 10 of us and they were very accommodating. The food was great. We all would go back in a heartbeat.

The resort itself was a great time but the food was edible at best, once they ran out of a specific alcohol it wasn’t restocked for the rest of our trip and with it being in the middle of the jungle it’s kind of an inconvenience to get out and do anything outside of the resort. -If you like to do all the water sports like I do, this resort is not for you! Since they don’t have a beach there are no water activities (i.e. paddle board, snorkel area, paddle boat..)
