Also the whole hotel needs maintenance, there is a lack of cleaning in the rooms. You can smell the humidity ambient and the beds have a lot of springs and are dirty. They also offer breakfast included and did not give it to you. In resume is the WORST HOTEL IN TOWN."

Room is an OK size with no amenities like coffee machine or water boiler, only two bottles of water. But, I have one thing to suggest when you check in. Make sure you request for a quiet room away from the noise because...

"It is an economical option in a very desirable location. While there is not an eatery inside the hotel, it is surrounded by great options. It is spotlessly clean. A good choice for wheelchair users like me. Especially because I have had sone out-of-the-ordinary needs, I appreciate that the all the staff- cleaners, recepción, and everyone - are friendly, helpful, and kind. "

"Spacious , clean in a nice part of Condessa easily accessible to most anything. Only issue was on first morning had to take a cold shower because the handles weren’t labeled, you only needed a VERY small amount of cold water and it took about 10 min to warm up because we were on the 4th floor. After figure out the shower situation the rest of the stay was excellent. "

"The kitchen was extremely filthy with roaches. This was definitely not the place to try and get any kind of sleep as they would play weird techno music (not the cool kind of techno) starting very early in the morning, during the week and on weekends. Some of the employees were rude, and they would not talk to you when you would greet them in the morning or at night.
