I enjoyed my stay at the Ambassador Hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one thing was a bit disturbing: the loud music from the evening parties. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult for me to sleep. I hope the hotel can take steps to manage the noise levels, especially during late hours, so that guests can enjoy a more peaceful and comfortable stay..

Le personnel est devenu bien plus que des employés : de véritables amis. 🥹❤️ Je suis arrivée comme une cliente et je suis repartie avec de magnifiques souvenirs et une petite partie de la Jordanie dans le cœur. Je recommande sincèrement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent Petra.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating when I had to get a taxi in the morning, actually calling an Uber for me, (the pricing and cars are better). Rooms were beautiful, modern and spacious. The pool is small but beautifully situated, with a great deck and comfortable loungers. The bathrobes and slippers were lovely. The mattress is hard but I like that. My only comment would be that the toiletries weren’t 5 star like everything else.

A relatively new and sparkling hotel that exceeded all expectations. A few silly things like charging for ice and odd tap on bathroom but staff very helpful and friendly. I will be back and with many friends and travellers from Canada

The staff (Elliott and the chef who cooked our dinner and breakfast) were incredibly nice. The tents are a quite decent size. Camp is located in a very quiet location... you will have the most quiet night of your life!

Excellent location next to the Mall, large clean room, very friendly staff, excellent food. Exceeded all expectations.

Adel and his family have done an amazing job creating this camp and running it smoothly. The food was the best I had during the trip. I highly recommend it.

My two day stay at this camp was amazing. I had a single day jeep tour as well, my guide was Hussain and it was excellent. The camp is clean and safe. Dinners cost an additional 10DR and are delicious. Breakfast is simple but filling. Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this camp to anyone.
