The place was great. Clean and had everything we needed. Nothing too fancy but got the job done. Huge perk to have washer and dryer on each floor and they supplied tide pods. I’d recommend. Grounds were nice

Loved this hotel and think of it often! Was a very large compound so felt very resort-ish. The pool options were great and the gym was awesome! I'd recommend making dinner resos as soon as you can, we didn't and never got to try the sushi restaurant on site (and it was so cute - really wanted to!) A beautiful stay

Beautiful resort! Rooms were well appointed. Kitchen well stocked, having a full size fridge and oven were beyond helpful. Pool bar was very expensive but the drinks were delicious! We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit for our honeymoon and it was lovely.

Modern and upgraded suite! Our check in experience was great, we even received a box of macadamia chocolates as our welcome gift. For party of 4 the space was enough, we love that there are two bathrooms and both standing showers.

We stayed here for ten days and everything was great. Kids loved the pools and the ocean had great snorkeling.

Had an amazing stay at the Westin. The grounds were spectacular and the service was excellent. Food options on / near resort were limited and pricy but expected. Staff were very accommodating for any requests we had! Thanks again!

Front desk staff are wonderful - joe, Gwen. Restaurant staff super nice too (Adrianna). The relaxed character of the place is great. Loyalty abounds. Hardly anyone there is there for the first time. The beach is brilliant, yet there is lots of space on the grass and by the pool too- sun and shade options and never too crowded. Rooms are well equipped, basic kitchen perfectly sufficient, bbq's in convenient locations, laundromat on site, pool towels provided. The restaurant seems to be...

This property is beautifully kept, the pool and lazy river are amazing and the access to the beach at black rock is second to none. The hotel staff are wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a memorable one. I highly recommend the Sheraton Maui.

The building is kind of old but the staff there are really helpfull. We had a 2-bed condo style room and there is kitchen, in-suit laundry room and 2 bath. For this price I really cannot complain to have so much included. It’s a valuable place; however the bathroom is not super clean and the hand water sink is not running through the water.

Great location; right on the beach, three pools, BBQ's, walking path along North Ka'anapali Beach, Duke's Restaurant and Pub on site. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry in our suite. Beautiful folding glass doors on the lanai that opens up the patio into a living space. We loved it!

This was our 3rd stay here. Location and convenience to beach and shopping was amazing!! Best resort on Kaanapalli Bch bar none!!

Great for families. Close to everything!

We planned this trip at the last minute. The resort was excellent. Concierges (Leslie and Angel) were very helpful with arranging off-site trips. It was great having the shuttle bus service to take trips into Lahaina - all the drivers were friendly, helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about the staff - excellent, excellent, excellent. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation
