Hôtel génial situé dans le centre de Xela. Très propre et on sent une bonne odeur dès qu’on entre dans la chambre. Douche chaude avec une excellente pression. Il y a aussi une petite terrasse et un jacuzzi (que nous n’avons pas essayé).

Loby is not easy to find have to go second level People at the entrance is not helpful at all

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Santa Rosa Boutique Hotel in Antigua. The location is perfect, tucked away from the crowds in a quiet area, yet still just a short walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. Location fabulous. Very clean and helpful staff

Loved absolutely everything. Stunning place, great food, wonderful staff. Only negative is that communication was very difficult with all staff. I just wish they would offer English classes to their staff. I wish I could speak Spanish, but THEY encourage Western visitors so they should be prepared for English Speaking tourists.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff at the front desk made the check in easy and quick while helping us in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room rate included the buffet breakfast which had a decent selection of local and international dishes. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latam and highly recommend it.
