La Siesta is an oasis in Hoi In. Behind the somewhat average street facing facade is a tropical delight of a world. Rooms are spacious and well kept with all expected amenities. Staff are overly helpful. Shout out to Hoang! The restaurants are both very good and the buffet breakfast is very well varied. The location is great - 15 minute walk to the old town gates, although like everywhere in Vietnam, you’ll never have an easy walk down a sidewalk with all the scooters parked etc....

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of four. We opted for the loft room so we have ample of space. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The breakfast selection is awesome and the food tasted great. Definitely recommended. Thank you for having us!

Amazing friendly staff and beautiful hotel area

Very elegant and zen environment with foot baths provided each evening. Lovely koi pond, tea room and common areas. Used beach shuttle. Good breakfast

Property was great, room was spacious and the cleaning staff did a great job. Lily, who checked us in and out, was also great and answered our questions about the area and Da Nang. Beach was beautiful and kept clean of garbage. Only minor criticism was that the pools aren't heated so it wasn't ideal swimming for the cooler days, but not a big deal.

My friends and I booked the signature on somewhat of a whim. We just wanted to be central in the Hoi An area and didn’t consider things much further. When we arrived we were immediately blown away by the quality of service as well as the beauty of the hotel itself. It is almost like there is a staff member per guest! Everyone was so kind and helpful, providing us directions to different sights and catering their recommendations to the length of our stay. They make everything extremely easy....

I had spent a lot of time comparing properties with so many different options available but we were so pleased with this choice. The room was well appointed, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff were phenomenal. Tip- we ate at the outdoor section of the restaurant one night and had the most dreamy latern-lit space almost to ourselves. It is a short walk to the old town but we preferred to give distance to the hustle. We stayed 3 nights with no regrets!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The facilities and the grounds were very clean and well-maintained. We used the free shuttle service to the ancient town quite regularly.

This property is quite new, having opened in October but everything from the staff to the property was impeccable. We were greeted with a smile by all employees and were well taken care of during our stay. When we were hoping for some guidance on where to go / what to do in Hoi An, there were plenty of recommendations from the hotel and they even provided private service. The rooms were cleaned daily and had great soundproofing.

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to everything. The check in was easy and Chloe was very helpful. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel
