This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Shreveport. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, and the spa services are wonderful. I got a pedicure and gentlemans facial while here. Just across the river from the mall and Bass pro shop and walking distance to several good restaurants.

I had an amazing time!! Every single employee I encountered from check-in to check-out was wonderful and made me feel safe, as a solo female traveller. The staff is absolutely fabulous. Very clean inside. I love the Keurig coffee machine in the room. It is a very quiet area. It is very close to Shopping Mall and LSUS, but you need a car. Well you always need a car while visiting Shreveport LA.
