We stayed for a week at this hotel. The staff were always smiling and asking how they could help us. Our room was beautiful. We had a sea view and a private patio with lounge chairs and a sitting area. The bed was super comfortable and the maids were great at keeping the room and patio tidy , clean and organized . we were travelling for two weeks in Portugal and spain this hotel was a definite highlight , we stayed a few other 5 stars and this one was one only one worth the money. The location is ok if if you have a car but not in walking distance of anything. We took the oppourtunity to enjoy a day of rest from sight seeing and spend time on beautiful deck and private pool . we were in Rubi villa on the corner so deck and pool a little larger. the hotel is the beautifully decorated and very comfortable...

Rooms were spotless. Excellent spa and pool. Very well trained staff. The resort is gorgeous. The dinning staff made every meal a pleasure. The breakfast choices were fantastic. This is a resort for adults.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The entire property is impeccably clean, and every staff member was nice and welcoming. The architecture is stunning. I loved the unique terracotta colors, which make the resort look like a beautiful palace against the blue ocean. Thanks to the clever design, my room had a fantastic sea view. The grounds feature massive tropical gardens and gorgeous lagoon-style pools.

The staff were excellent, in particular Julie was an angel as she helped us through an unexpected situation. Our only negative was that the room we had was located right next to the reception area which at times people gathered at night and was loud. The grounds were clean and the amenities comfortable. Easy walking to all areas of Las Americas.

It’s probably been the best resort we’ve stayed. To resume everything in one word, we’d say IMPECABLE. Everything was just perfect, from the moment we entered the hotel lobby, to the rooms and all areas. Staff is simply incredibly friendly and helpful. I would return to this resort in a heartbeat. The service was remarkable, the entire resort is very clean and well maintained. The buffet assortment was incredible. Access to the beach was super convenient. We booked Star Prestige and it was well worth the value.
