Great location and friendly staff. The only improvement I would suggest is that the sound isolation could be better. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff of this hotel are exceptional! They ensure every detail is perfect and make it an incredibly memorable experience for the guests. Everyone is treated in a special, personal manner. The food is outstanding- from the breakfast which has everything you could ever desire and tastes amazing to the finer dining restaurants that had dishes comparable to any Michelin star in the world. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the amenity spaces such as the gym and pool are wonderful....

Concierge very helpful

Our over-all stay at The Langham Shezhen was excellent. It's close proximity to the subway station enables us to explore Shenzhen exponentially. The adjacet mall gives us the cenvenience from shopping the last minute items we wanted to take home with us not to mention the excellent choices of restaurants in the mall. The hotel's breakfast also had great selection of food. And of course our room was clean and the feell of a home away from home.

Excellent facilities, new and modern. Decor was tasteful. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Automated lighting and power, blinds. Rain bird shower was wonderful. The only negative whatsoever is that the wi do signal was weak. Picked up mail easily but some apps could not refresh. That aside, perhaps the nicest facility I have stayed at in China

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. This is a newer hotel with a great central location. The staff were so friendly and even though we had some trouble understanding them on one item when we checked-in, they pulled out their translator app and it was solved. When I booked originally, breakfast was not included and listed an expensive add on price in the small print. We were pleasantly surprised upon check in that prepaying for our 3 breakfasts gave a very reasonable price for a fantastic...

Good and friendly staff

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. All the way from the check-in to check-out - it was amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful and guided us on the activities around the area. We have a toddler and it was nice to have some time at the pool. The breakfast brunch is full Asian and western cuisines which is great for everyone. Housekeeping kept the room clean and we're available when needed. Will definitely come back to stay here!

Great location

We had a great stay. The rooms were very clean, and the entire property was well kept and in excellent condition. There was an impressive variety of breakfast options each morning, and the location was ideal, with many restaurants just a short walk away.

I would highly recommend Sofitel to everyone. We had a wonderful experience. Asad was very friendly and welcoming during the breakfast buffet, and the other staff members were also very helpful. The cleaning staff were very nice as well. During our drop-off and pick-up, all the staff were very kind they opened our car doors and helped us with anything we needed, including assistance on the first floor. We truly appreciated their excellent service and hospitality.

Close to airport, with free shuttle. Very good (western type) breakfast buffet (have 2 level type of bacon baking). In the evening, if you are lucky you will have the "India" chef (sorry, I did not remember his name) in the restaurant. You must try his Bolognese spaghetti. Staff is great (and good english). I must travel to other city for one day, and they can keep my Bag for pickup and flight back the next day.

The Rooms were Fantastic , The Breakfast was Adequate , Though There is Room for Improvement. The Staff Was Very Helpful And The Laundry Was a Very Big Boon to the Hotel Guests. . It was Centrally Located to the Tianmen Cable Car and also to Shopping and Dining. Would Definitely Recommend this Property . Will Come Back For Sure.

I enjoyed every stay in White Swan Hotel. It has been my third consecutive years of staying when I travel back to Guangzhou. The room is spectacular and staffs are very nice.
