It’s a bit of a strange layout when accessing the guest rooms, but you get used to it quickly. The location is very convenient—close to shopping and the bustle of the city. The room was clean and spacious, valet parking was easy to access, and the staff were helpful when needed without being overbearing.

Very clean and new property.
Great location: close to monorail and grocery, 10 mins walk to the main shopping and entertainment district.
Room is bigger than the most hotels with washer, dryer, full sized fridge and kitchen.
Exactly it is a home away home!

Wonderful room with lots of space for our luggage. I appreciated the luggage rack and location. Nice to have a safe and fridge and hit water in the room.

From the time we got there till the time we left, we felt very welcomed by the staff. I would recommend if you’re visiting Okinawa you should look at this hotel as your next place to stay. 10 out of 10!!

Was at the Hotel for The Scalp Inc Okinawa Beauty event. I travel often for work worldwide. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient.
Amazing breakfast buffet.
Everyone went above and beyond as we wear there during Typhoon and airport was shot down for 2 days.
Room where spotless clean.
Walkable distance from shops, market, restaurants…
I strongly recommend.

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Ms. Shizuka went out of her way to make sure our stay was great.
The hotel is in a great location and we would highly recommend it to other travellers.

Only stayed one night on arrival in Okinawa before going to OIST, but the room was immaculate and comfortable, and large compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Location is great, close to the airport, monorail stop, and across the street from a shopping mall. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay there again if in Naha.
