Rooms are outdated but very clean

Super clean room, great vibes, and amenities! Loved it

Had a great stay at this hotel! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and great location!

Clean room, helpful staff. The real joy was a free shuttle to the UC Health complex--no worries about driving in the snow or finding our building. It was stress free.

I appreciated a hotel that still makes up the bed every day.

We stopped here for one night and it was great. We actually stayed here last year as well. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. It was nice and quiet as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a place for us to go eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal for anyone looking for a cool place to stay either to hike in the surrounding area or just to meet some cool people! Great staff and cozy environment.

Clean well maintained and upgraded rooms. Staff were super friendly. Great breakfast and amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean

Cute motel that perfectly suits the vibe of Manitou Springs. Older motel, but very clean. Walking distance to all restaurants downtown. Shuttle to Manitou incline picks up across the street. Would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful
