Magnifique hôtel , service excellent.

First time in Mallorca for two Canadians, and the Parc Natural was our first stop on our tour around the island. We stayed for 4 nights. Overall the hotel was surprisingly good! Let me explain. Normally we target ~400-600 EUR/night hotels when we travel, but there was nothing in that range in the Muro beach area. We picked Parc Natural based on driving location to day trips and the positive reviews. The staff and service definitely lived up to the reviews! No language barriers or...

What an incredible stay! We stayed in Alcudia for a portion of our Honeymoon, and our expectations were completely blown away! The staff here is so welcoming and incredible, and made us feel right at home. The pool with the bar was such a fun place to unwind and enjoy a drink - with great espresso martini's! The location was also perfect, as it was a quick walk to the beach (which we then rented bikes and took further down - highly recommend!). It was also about a 20 minute walk to Old Town...

We just spent four days here and we would highly recommend the hotel. The building is newly renovated and upbeat. The front desk staff are very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh food, great coffee and excellent service. We had a room overlooking the bay and it was great.

Amazing

A fabulous little boutique hotel in the centre of Alcudia Old Town!! I stayed in the Boticelli room & it was beautiful! Breakfast was great, a variety of meats, cheese, bread, fruit, eggs & fresh squeezed oj!! Lots of great restaurants right outside the door! And the bus stop which takes you to Palma or to the beaches is a short walk away! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Great staff and great facilities. Rooftop terrace and proximity to the beach and restaurants were the highlights. Breakfast was a complete continental. Our flight home was not until the evening and after we checked out, we were allowed to use a courtesy shower room (private) so we could continue to enjoy the beach until we needed to head to the airport!

Buffet breakfast was very good, but food ordered in the bar area was very poor. Otherwise all else was excellent.

I very rarely write reviews but this hotel over delivered in every aspect and certainly warrants a review. The facilities were fantastic, everything extremely well cared for and constantly cleaned and kept tidy. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, enthusiastic, caring and professional, it was so refreshing to see this level of dedication and service which is hard to find now. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are a cyclist as they have incredible secure...
