The friendly staff and breathtaking view made our first stay in French Polynesia an incredible experience. 🙂

I stayed in the Kava bungalow which I thought was excellent. That said, the stairs to the loft where the main bed is are small and steep so something to keep in mind if you need to try to make it down to use the bathroom and back up in the dead of night. We had a great stay here for one night before heading off to the islands. The airport pickup and drop-off were both punctual and hassle-free, which made our travel days much easier. The accommodation was clean and spacious, giving us plenty of room to unpack and repack our belongings comfortably. While basic, the room was very spacious and clean for our family of four and had air conditioning. We really enjoyed the breakfast (which was delicious and plentiful) which was served on the outdoor patio. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

We rented a bungalow over water and yes, we paid a great amount of money for it, but it was worth every penny. It was beautiful, clean, and we really enjoyed the view of Moorea and also snorkeling around it. The site with its two pools is also beautiful. If you have the chance to attend the show (Wednesday or Friday in August 2023), I strongly recommend it.

The "cabins" are small private rooms, basically a bed, desk, mini fridge and 4 walls but most useful has air con to stay cool, bed to rest, wifi, and many charging options. The rest is shared common area with washrooms with showers and an outdoor lounge with a mini kitchen, all shared. If you are mentally prepared for the concept and adjust your expectations it's very good. Great for a short stay or lay over at a reasonable cost. Wonderful, but large place. We stayed in the end bungalow over the water so it was a bit of a walk to the resort. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Reservations for dinner are definitely required at the restaurant. The Sunday Buffet was excellent, but pricey. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

The room was beautifully cool. We had to leave very early to catch a flight to Maupiti so we weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Fred et Kristel sont des hôtes supers. Chambre propre et spacieuse, coin cuisine bien ordonné et pratique, salle de bain propre et bon petit déjeuner continental. Sans parler des plages tout près. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

This was a beautiful spot to enjoy Tahiti! The hotel was comfortable, quiet, safe and we were well taken care of. The pool and restaurant were fabulous and the sunset views from the patio were stunning. Highly recommend this spot for a wonderful Tahitian experience!

The young family are excellent hosts. It was a real surprise The father is a real chef from France and the Tahitian mom has trained in hotel and speaks excellent English. They live on a small farm where they grow everything they cook. They make their own soap. The little cabin you stay in has everything you might need. Very congenial people. Every meal was an experience. I would go back in a heartbeat. Very clean and has a lovely pool
