Exceptional experience. The hotel itself was stunning, the staff incredible and the food and drinks fantastic. Very children friendly but also a lively happy hour and bar. The quality of the hotel finishings were top tier. Highly recommend. The safari was great too - and with the hotel location the long line at 6am to get into the national park is avoided!

Amazing facility, staff and management. Food is also excellent. Staff will go the extra mile to take care of you. It’s very secluded and quiet, but a quick 15-20min Tuk Tuk ride to town which the hotel can arrange (and have the driver wait for you to drive you back!). 5/5 for sure.

Amazing! They could not find our reservation when we arrived but they put us in a room, gave us a welcome drink and contacted Hotels.com. The room is amazing, one of the biggest and nivest we have stayed in, in all of sri lanka. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Toast, Jam, eggs, fruit, juice and tea. My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience. Enjoyed my stay!

A true jungle hideout with an excellent pool, scenic river embankments and nice local and infernational food. The staff were great too. Perfect for seeing Udawalawe National Park.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel sits up on a hill a little bit away from city centre so the view from the hotel across Ella was beautiful.

The staff were beyond kind. The whole place was seriously spotless. The rooms were HUGE. So close to the airport. This would be perfect if you fly in late and want a quality Quiet safe place to stay.

The rooms were great; clean, spacious, with good A/C and a kettle with tea/coffee. The bathrooms were nice and modern but could have had an exhaust fan. In a very quiet neighborhood.

Gorgeous view stunning pool so much fun to check in and out in a vernacular. Absolutely delicious food. Cocktails delicious. A little Diamond in Marisa don’t miss this place.

Was a great stay. Very clean. Upscale. Staff was great. Especially the wait staff at the hotel buffet (dinner). I am so sorry I cannot remember his name, but started with letter R. Provided exceptional service! My receipt form 09/17 says staff: Hewamawell. But there was a whole team. Please give them recognition for making a solo travelers day.
