There were a lot of good things about this hotel.
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet and cleanliness. The downfall, was the bed. Old mattress, which was hard and lumpy. Very uncomfortable. I believe they have been doing renovations and upgrades. Too bad my room wasn’t one of them. Reception, dining room and bar area nicely decorated.

While we were there the internet was down and that was challenging until we found internet at the visitor information and other restaurants. Also the shower handle was broken and that was difficult. We ate at their restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff were kind and apologetic about our two issues. I definitely would stay there again.

The hotel is older but the staff make sure it’s always clean. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating.
Emanuela, in the lobby bar, is an amazing representative for the hotel. She is friendly, informative and I returned every night to enjoy her company.
I would definitely return to enjoy the hotel in the future and have no problem promoting the hotel to family and friends
