service is exceptional; restaurants are outstanding; rooms are large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need; It is close to all other hotels and casinos (even connected to some) yet a nice quiet oasis to come home to. Would highly recommend it.

The Mandarin Oriental Macau is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in all my travels. From the moment you arrive at the lobby door till the moment you step out after check out, you are treated with so much hospitality and a lot of welcoming smiles. The room was immaculate, tons of amenities and a great mini bar. Pool is very nice to lounge around on a hot day. Would absolutely recommend the Mandarin Oriental to anyone.

This hotel is superb. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to check in earlier and we were allowed an extra couple of hours to check out. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Appreciated the free shuttle bus from/to the ferry port.

Shows his understanding, great listening and always tries his best to answer our questions and accommodate our requests.
