Good location and amenities

The Hotel has a sister restaurant across the street. We had the hotel book reservations for us. The restaurant had no record of the reservations and would not seat us. We booked for a different time with the restaurant. They did not honor those reservations either. Not sure if this is the restaurant’s fault or the hotel’s but they should work better together. TV/cable was awful. We wanted to watch World Cup and the 250th 4th of July events. It kept buffering to a point it was useless. We were unaware that the full breakfast came with our room until our last day. This could have been communicated better. Hotel is great and very convenient. The morning staff did a wonderful job. Hotel was very clean. If they tweak a few things they will be great.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was our 4th stay at this hotel. Several problems arose. Our first room was very noisy. After two days we were given a better room. We couldn’t sleep. Housekeeping had to be reminded several times to supply laundry bags and toilet paper. FIGS, the hotel restaurant was very good.

Great location in town but in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to stores and restaurants also very close to West entrance to Yellowstone

Great place and location! I stayed with my family for three nights and we had a really good experience at Jenny Lake Lodge. The lodge is located near a trail from which you can hike to Hidden Falls and Inspiration Point alongside Jenny Lake. Just amazing. Also the view from the lodge is stunning, you see the Grand Tetons in all its beauty. I must say, though the dinner experience was okay-ish. The lodge offers a five-course dinner that consists of tiny cuts and bits of different ingredients, divided in 5 dishes. One night, we each got three mini cubes of Ahi tuna that were still frozen in the middle. But, luckily for us, we were not there for the food and breakfast was much better - and freshly made! Overall an excellent place with excellent service and excellent views!

The cabin is in a remote location half hour west of West Yellowstone and is best for families wanting to relax near the park

Best place my family has stayed and enjoyed the great view on America's 250. Room was clean everyday and kitchen was helpful when making food to save money. My family's only down was the sofa needed more cushion and uncomfortable after long period of time. All in all we loved this place.
