The staff were absolutely incredible and extremely helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel definitely lived up to the pictures, it was very pretty. The pool is only available for a short period during the breakfast period which wasn’t ideal for me as it’s pretty early and cold but other than that, it was a good stay. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and I noticed changes in the attentiveness of the staff the customer service is beginning to become less of a priority here, even though the hotel is very clean the rooms are showing its age and are in need of an renovation
The breakfast buffet is always been excellent with great food and very friendly staff
I love staying at Barcelo but I
must be honest and say it needs to be renovated this is why I can no longer give this hotel 5 stars

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and I noticed changes in the attentiveness of the staff the customer service is beginning to become less of a priority here, even though the hotel is very clean the rooms are showing its age and are in need of an renovation
The breakfast buffet is always been excellent with great food and very friendly staff
I love staying at Barcelo but I
must be honest and say it needs to be renovated this is why I can no longer give this hotel 5 stars
