The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. When rating hotels on a UK website, please rate according to UK ratings, if you need someone to travel and review your Hotels then I offer my services, you have got this rating so terribly wrong. Would never recommend or stay here again, we paid double the cost by pre booking, if booked the day before travel we could have saved £450.

Because of the club, it's noisy. Rest, everything's ok.

Our stay at the Lalco Residency was very good. The staff were very kind and hospitable, the food was exceptional and the cleaners were amazing. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, and the theming was very homely. The pool was clean and surprisingly quiet, so you could swim your laps and have a good time. The Lalco was a short taxi or auto ride from two metro stations SEEPZ or Aarey JVLR or 15-20 mins from Andheri local station. As a family of four we would recommend the Lalco Residency for a stay in Mumbai.

Breakfast was chaotic. Not enough tables for the number of guests so we were repeatedly given buzzers and asked to wait in the lobby (where there were no seats). Average wait time 10-15 minutes. Annoying. Otherwise a nice hotel. Big swimming pool and excellent gym.

Efficient and courteous staff. A GRAND Lobby welcomes you with a feeling of Indian art and architecture. They have an extensive breakfast buffet spread. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent. A great option near the BKC. The housekeeping staff is accommodating to all your needs.

Under renovation and they were not that helpful….the spa and gym facilities were poorly maintained. Beach access was nice
