Very small rooms. Generous sized bathrooms.
The room is dominated by the bed.
Our bed was angled against the window and we literally had to sit at the bottom of the bed and scoot our way up.

Nice antiquated hotel in Galway. Away from the city center, so it was nice and quiet. The rooms were spacious, we had a bed each for the kids, so as a family of 4 we could stay comfortably for 2 nights. However, everything is dated, the swimming pool is nice, but old and had an pool stench, nothing too bad, but you could sense it. Breakfast was nice and basic. It was a little pricey considering how dated everything was, in its heydays this must have been a pretty luxurious place.

We had a great time here! Beautiful surroundings and the room was extremely nice! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to travelers going thru Ireland.

This was a perfect stay for ending our visit to Ireland and leaving from Shannon Airport. The front desk person was outstanding in resolving a misunderstanding we had, and she made me want to come again.
