Fantastic in every way! Property was very clean. Breakfast was perfect, staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved walking to town to shop and for restaurants. I would love to stay again!

We were so happy we stayed at this charming and sophisticated boutique hotel. It is a little gem in the heart of the historic area. Our room had wonderful views of the water and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing, starting with the owner who personally walked around greeting guests. The hotel has a great feel to it. We definitely recommend it, staying there was memorable experience.

Loved the pool. The villa was really clean and bright. You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. It was nice that when requested, they quickly delivered an iron and ironing board since it wasn't already inside our villa. The whole property was really clean and well maintained. The view from our villa was nice. The villa does have a steam shower which was nice. It had two bathrooms, one with the bedroom and one downstairs. It had its own dedicated parking spot for our rental car, dishware for cooking, a washer (no dryer), microwave, and a nice refrigerator/freezer. Couple of minor gripes and preferences were that the furniture was really basic and hard plastic so the seating was not comfortable. The wifi was pretty fast (broadband) but extremely high latency (ping) (700+ ms) for those who care about things like that. One of the gripes we had was that there is allegedly "room service" as they leave you food/drink/wine menus in your room and the phone has a room service button, yet if you want to order food, they will make it in their restaurant located at their hotel as previously mentioned and they do not deliver it... so it makes it pointless room service. Overall it was a nice villa, it was pretty quiet, and not too far away from old town Chania (10-15mins).

Rooms were spotless and a nice size many with a sea view. The sun beds were very comfortable and plenty for everyone even though some people still felt the need to reserve first thing in the morning. A big shout out to Aphrodite in the restaurant in the evenings she was so friendly and went out of her way to assist with menu and gluten free options. All in all a lovely stay and would recommend to stay here for a lovely relaxing break.

It was good unfortunately drinks are very watered down however they are very generous with the portions. The lunch and dinner and breakfast was always a letdown don’t come if do you don’t eat pork

The staff are what make this property exceptional! There were a couple of issues with our booking on arrival, so the first night we had to stay in a different room. The next day we spoke to Georgia (manager) and she was brilliant! She listened to our concerns and addressed each one. She then went above and beyond, to make the rest of our stay memorable. We were upgraded to the junior suite with swim up, which was incredible! We also had a couples massage, which is would definitely recommend! On my husband's birthday (reason for the trip) we were surprised by the wonderful maitre d' David with a cake and champagne by the beach! Katerina on reception also helped us with late checkout on our departure day so we could really make the most of our time there!

Absolutely AMAZING!! If you are going to Crete book this. We will be back!

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The Hotels.com listing is misleading and materially inaccurate. Its advertised the hotel as being on a white sandy beach with an exclusive beach bar, complete with photos suggesting exactly that. In reality, there is no exclusive beach bar and the nearest beach is public, rocky and nothing like the images or description (it’s a vile beach). Had the listing been accurate, I would never have booked this hotel. The problems didn’t end there. The blonde concierge was extremely unhelpful and refused to assist with booking restaurants or beach clubs. The hot water remained lukewarm throughout our stay and the manager shrugged his shoulders and refused to investigate. Towels were stained, had holes in them and are used interchangeably for both the bathrooms and the beach. The patio door regularly got stuck creating a safety concern. Housekeeping removed bedding from our room and failed to replace it, and when we raised it with the manager, he accused us of stealing it. The plunge pools are also very misleading in the marketing photos. Rather than overlooking a luxury setting, ours looked directly onto a car park and supermarket/high street. The location itself was also a huge disappointment.
